Distribution centre hiring near San Diego (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of San Diego, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
