Distribution centre hiring near San Diego after 11 years as a bookkeeper

A distribution centre near San Diego is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
