Distribution centre hiring near Salt Lake City - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Salt Lake City, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
