Distribution centre hiring near Sacramento

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Sacramento, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
