Distribution centre hiring near Richmond - what worked for you?

Lukas Kowalski · 2026-04-24T14:03:52.496Z

A distribution centre near Richmond is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
