Distribution centre hiring near Richmond - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
