Distribution centre hiring near Richmond

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
