Distribution centre hiring near Raleigh (update)

A logistics company in Raleigh is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
