Distribution centre hiring near Raleigh - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Raleigh, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
