Distribution centre hiring near Raleigh - any advice?

A distribution centre near Raleigh is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
