Distribution centre hiring near Providence - 2 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Providence, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
