Distribution centre hiring near Portland (update)

A distribution centre near Portland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
