Distribution centre hiring near Portland - any advice?

A distribution centre near Portland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
