Distribution centre hiring near Portland after 16 years as a call-centre agent

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Portland, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
