Distribution centre hiring near Phoenix - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Phoenix is adding people before the busy season. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
