Distribution centre hiring near Omaha (update)

A distribution centre near Omaha is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
