Distribution centre hiring near Oklahoma City (Oklahoma City)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Oklahoma City, with day and night shifts. I worked as a recruiter before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
