Distribution centre hiring near Oklahoma City, office manager here

A distribution centre near Oklahoma City is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
