Distribution centre hiring near Oklahoma City after 5 years as an electrician's helper

A logistics company in Oklahoma City is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
