Distribution centre hiring near Oklahoma City after 13 years as a procurement assistant

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Oklahoma City, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
