Distribution centre hiring near Nashville, quality inspector here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Nashville, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
