Distribution centre hiring near Nashville - first time posting

A logistics company in Nashville is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
