Distribution centre hiring near Nashville after 15 years as a payroll clerk

A distribution centre near Nashville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
