Distribution centre hiring near Nashville - 9 months and counting

A logistics company in Nashville is adding people before the busy season. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
