Distribution centre hiring near Nashville - 7 weeks in

A logistics company in Nashville is adding people before the busy season. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
