Distribution centre hiring near Minneapolis - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Minneapolis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
