Distribution centre hiring near Minneapolis - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. I worked as a recruiter before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
