Distribution centre hiring near Minneapolis - first time posting

A distribution centre near Minneapolis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
