Distribution centre hiring near Minneapolis

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
