Distribution centre hiring near Milwaukee - any advice?

A logistics company in Milwaukee is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
