Distribution centre hiring near Milwaukee - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Milwaukee, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
