Distribution centre hiring near Memphis - 2 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Memphis, with day and night shifts. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
