Distribution centre hiring near Madison - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Madison, with day and night shifts. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
