Distribution centre hiring near Madison after 14 years as a logistics coordinator

A logistics company in Madison is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
