Distribution centre hiring near Louisville - first time posting

Jamie Grimaldi · 2026-07-06T13:44:11.347Z

A distribution centre near Louisville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
