Distribution centre hiring near Louisville - first time posting

A logistics company in Louisville is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
