Distribution centre hiring near Louisville after 11 years as a forklift operator

A logistics company in Louisville is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
