Distribution centre hiring near Little Rock - any advice?

A logistics company in Little Rock is adding people before the busy season. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
