Distribution centre hiring near Little Rock - 22 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Little Rock, with day and night shifts. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
