Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Knoxville is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a retail manager before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
