Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Knoxville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
