Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville, medical assistant here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
