Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville, electrician's helper here

A logistics company in Knoxville is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
