Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville, electrician's helper here

A distribution centre near Knoxville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
