Distribution centre hiring near Knoxville - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
