Distribution centre hiring near Kansas City, teaching assistant here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
