Distribution centre hiring near Kansas City after 5 years as a payroll clerk

A distribution centre near Kansas City is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
