A distribution centre near Kansas City is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
