Distribution centre hiring near Kansas City - 16 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 16 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
