Distribution centre hiring near Honolulu - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Honolulu is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
